In conjunction with the sale of all types of equipment ICE can provide a full warranty and after sales package of installation and commissioning and pre-planned maintenance programs.
Our team of factory trained engineers has experience with all types of catering and laundry equipment.
We have extensive experience in planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programmes and we currently have a number of contracts in operation at various locations on and offshore. Ad-hoc visits can also be provided to suit the requirement of our clients.
Detailed computerized records are maintained at our premises for all maintenance contracts and a comprehensive reporting service is provided to our clients. This reporting provides documentary evidence of both our service and equipment monitoring.
ICE currently has Multi-Discipline Engineers (MDE) on a number of platforms in the North Sea Sector.
